‘Our Village Lotto’
Our Village Lotto is run by “Friends of Hulcote & Salford”, a non proﬁt entity formed to beneﬁt our villages. The Lotto is registered as a Small Society Lottery with Central Bedfordshire for the
purposes of the Gambling Act 2005, Licence No: 1317 and submits monthly draw reports that conﬁrm revenue received, prizes and use of funds.
In addition, annual accounts will be produced, published on www.hulcoteandsalford.co.uk and made available to residents that request a copy.
‘Our Village Lotto’ is the idea of Keith Butten (Church House, Hulcote) who together with Lotto Administrator Helen Hall (Whitsundoles Farm, Salford) will ensure that the Lotto is run in
accordance with the rules.
Our Village Lotto has been established to provide vital funds for the following:
The running of The Mary Agate Hall, Charity Number 277567
To contribute to the maintenance of our village church buildings
To fund capital and maintenance projects that improve our villages
How Does It Operate
Anyone is eligible to subscribe to ‘Our Village Lotto”.
Numbers will be entered in the monthly draw.
Individual numbers are £1 per month.
Numbers are allocated by the administrators in numeric order.
Subscription is by way of Standing Order.
Monthly Draws will be held on the ﬁrst Thursday of each month.
Draws will take place at The Swan or The Red Lion at 6:30 p.m.
Details of the draw will be posted on our village website www.hulcoteandsalford.co.uk and in The Informer.
Each month two prizes will be won. A cash price of 30% of the monthly subscription and a voucher alternating each month for The Red Lion or The Swan. Donated prizes thanks to draw sponsors, The Red Lion and The Swan.
